“The Anacortes Junk Co. Mack truck, loaded with old rope is parked beside a Great Northern cargo car (#24866). There is a gentleman wearing a beret standing at the rear of the truck and another in a suit standing at the front of the truck -- C.T. Written on the photo, at the lower left corner is ‘Loading old rope’.”
